Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with The Perfume Directory LLC. We strive to ensure every order is handled carefully and delivered on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing, shipping times, and delivery support.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Pre-orders and certain limited items may require extended handling times (see “Pre-Orders” below).
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through UPS within the United States. USPS may be used for P.O. boxes or alternate routes when UPS service is unavailable.
We may also introduce FedEx as an additional carrier in the future to expand service options.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes).
For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply. Expedited or international shipping options may be introduced later.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are clearly labeled and require full payment at checkout.
These items may take up to or occasionally exceed 14 days to ship, depending on supplier availability and logistics.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and begin after order processing.
While most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days of shipment, actual delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, carrier workload, and other factors beyond our control.
The Perfume Directory LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events but will assist you in tracking and resolving issues wherever possible.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier has scanned your package.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Provide your order number, tracking information, and photos (if applicable).

We’ll help initiate a claim with the carrier and work toward a suitable resolution.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
However, our support team will always do its best to help you recover or replace items when possible.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees will apply.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship primarily within the United States and North America.
Occasional international orders may be accepted manually upon request.
We are preparing to launch a dedicated UK market in the near future; more information will be provided once available.
