Its chypre dialogue is more intense than the original, revealing what Dior calls a tenebrous personality — darkened woods built on Atlas cedar and saturated with Indonesian patchouli.

An amber accord softens the base while the floral note deepens, bringing forward a sensual violet accord and a fleshy Bulgarian rose.
